Duties and Responsibilities: provide a variety of beauty services and can work for both the fashion and performing arts industries.  Many artists have a broad range of beauty knowledge.

Salary: $64,000

Education: Other than a high school diploma, official education requirements don't exist for make-up artists. Some students get an associate's degree program in cosmetology.

I got into makeup when I was about 12 in the 8^th grade. I had a class mate who wore makeup like a second layer of skin. She looked great! Beautiful girl, I can’t argue with that. My cousins and I got a lot closer and began going out more often. They wore makeup as well and I wanted to do the same but I had to learn it. I started watching YouTube videos and found a makeup artist named Jaclyn Hill.  She was my favorite artist throughout YouTube. Hill is now my makeup idol, and I wouldn’t replace her with anyone else.

I totally agree with this statement. You and only you can create the future you want in life. No one else can create it for you. They may try to convince you other wise and tell you “It’s want you want right?” but no; you will never want anything more than following your own path.

Whenever someone sneezes, you say “bless you”

Why? Why are these words spoken? The words were spoken to bless someone after sneezing because sneezing was an obvious symptom of one form of the plague.

When? When did this saying originate? The term originated thousands of years ago by the Romans.

How? How did this saying originate? It originated due to ancient superstitions, that a sneeze would cause the soul to escape the body through the nose. Saying "bless you" would stop the devil from claiming a person's soul.

Where? Where did this saying originate? It entered the English language in the early 20th century

Rachel Castillo

Rachel Castillo

A woman named Rachel Castillo found a bag full of money one day on a bench at the golf course she worked at. Instead of taking the money like other people would have done, she did the right thing and called the police to report it.

Castillo went through the bag looking for the identification wondering who it might have belonged to when finding stacks and stacks of money. The bag and the stacks of cash belonged to an elderly man who seemed to have a medical history of some sorts.

In the end Castillo did not get a reward for reporting the finding, but it didn’t bother her. She said she would get rewarded from a greater power above.

Yes; always ask yourself the very important question in life. Will it hurt other people when making a choice? Will it benefit your future? Will it bring you happiness? I think choosing between the right and the wrong is a decision only you can make. Whether people try to influence you otherwise, in the end it is your life.

Duties and Responsibilities: Allied with health professionals. They maintain patient medical records organized, computerized, and make sure they are accurate and complete.

What they do:

·       Assemble patients' health information

·       Make sure that medical charts and forms are complete

·       Make sure that medical charts and forms are properly identified and authenticated

·       Input information into a computer

·       Communicate with physicians and other health care professionals about diagnoses and or other necessary patient information

Salary: $28,030.

Education: Associate degree

Working in a cubical, for about eight hours a day does not interest me as a future career choice. I have had experience with filing paper work before in a law firm and it does not please me. It bored me with such a passion that I refuse to work in an office all day long in front of a computer. I will not become my mother. I will thrive above all to succeed in my career goal.

Miles an eight year old boy went out with his family one day to have lunch. When getting out of the car he found a $20 dollar bill on the ground in the parking lot. He was very excited to spend it on a new video game for himself. Once inside the restaurant he saw a man in a uniform, a soldier dining with his own family.  

It reminded him of his own father who had passed five weeks after his birth. All he has now is a few pictures and his own imagination. Little Miles wrote out a note for the kind soldier thanking him for his service, and gave him the $20, thinking it was the honorable thing to do. 

It’s a sweet story, the kid didn’t know any better, so he gave his money away. The note is what made a difference to the soldier, not the money in general. He should have kept it and just written the soldier a thank you note and gone to visit his father

Education: bachelor's degree

I wouldn’t want to become an Environmental Health Specialist because I am not about that life. A lot of these people go out and put themselves in danger just for trying to find ‘mold’ or ‘bacteria’ in public areas. It doesn’t seem really wise and healthy for these professionals.

I would rather be with bad company than ever be alone.  Yes the bad people can influence you to do bad, but at the end of the day it is up to you and only you what you decide to choose. You are your own person, no one can control what you do except yourself. And that is a fact. Being alone does not help the situation; a person can become mentally unstable.

2. What is the purpose of president’s day? Recognition of President George Washington’s Birthday.

3. When is president’s day? Third Monday in February.

4. What are a few ways to show honor and respect on the president’s day? Many statues around the country. Purple Heart medal is awarded to soldiers who are injured in battle. Washington’s Birthday offers another opportunity for the United States to honor its veterans.

5. Anything of interest? It is a day to celebrate all U.S. presidents past and present.

7.   What was it like at the start? the players played nine versus nine, handled a soccer ball, not a basketball

8.   What types of shots were taken? instead of shooting at two hoops, the goals were a pair of peach baskets

9.   How is basketball different today than when it first started? The rules have changed a lot over the years, it has been modified and altered.

Tana was an 80 year old woman visiting her husband’s grave, when a man tried mugging her. Thankfully he got caught and was sent to jail. The son named Christian however felt sorry for the old women so he arranges to meet with her. At the time of the meeting, he had tried to repay her for what his father did by giving her $250 that was supposed to be meant for a band trip he was going on. Tana accepted the money but gave it right back to Christian and thanked him for his curtesy. It was a really nice thing Christian did for Tana. We need more people like that in this life time. Christians felt guilty for his father’s actions, and because he did not want to turn out like his father, he chose the right.

Duties and responsibilities: A professional who practices veterinary medicine by treating disease, disorder, and injury in non-human animals. Veterinarians take care of sick and injured animals. Like doctors, they perform surgery and give medicine.

I have been an animal person since I was young. There was a time where I did indeed want to become a veterinarian when I was younger, but now, it just seems like so much work and school. Yes I would enjoy it, but I want to become something that everybody would need in the future.

Education: Medicine degree

Just the words ‘Medicine Doctor’ makes me think of ‘Medicine Man’ which is something people don’t want to get involved with. It reminds me of a voodoo person trying to take your soul. Lol. It isn’t something I would like to get involved with.
