Environmental Health Specialist

Environmental Health Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities: A person who conducts environmental health investigations, inspections for a government agency, administers environmental and health programs for both public and private agencies and organizations in food protection and safety, water protection, air quality, and institutional health.

Salary: $52,000

Education: bachelor's degree

I wouldn’t want to become an Environmental Health Specialist because I am not about that life. A lot of these people go out and put themselves in danger just for trying to find ‘mold’ or ‘bacteria’ in public areas. It doesn’t seem really wise and healthy for these professionals.
