conducts environmental health investigations, inspections for a government
agency, administers environmental and health programs for both public and
private agencies and organizations in food protection and safety, water
protection, air quality, and institutional health.

I wouldn’t want to
become an Environmental Health Specialist because I am not about that life. A
lot of these people go out and put themselves in danger just for trying to find
‘mold’ or ‘bacteria’ in public areas. It doesn’t seem really wise and healthy
for these professionals.
