Student Success Statement
“I wasn’t trying to leave a legacy. I was
trying to do what was right.”

Dean Smith had a goal to not be the best, but to do
the best he could. It’s an inspiring student success statement, but it cannot
be applied to other things in life. Like I’ve said before, sometimes you need
to do the wrong thing to get the right, no matter how hard it is.
