Being cool is not following the rules, neither is
breaking them. The definition of being “cool” basically mean not showing any
emotion toward an object or subject. Being cool creates a type trend, a phase
that most people want to go through or create for society. Being cool doesn't necessarily
mean follow the rules, because sometimes you need to break the rules to create
other rules.
