Student Success Statement
“What you are as a person is far more
important than what you are as a basketball player”
John Wooden
One: I am not a basketball player so it’s kind of
hard to relate to the statement. Two: I guess John’s statement is kind of true
in a way. Putting all your time and effort into one thing in your life isn't necessarily
a good thing, you need to learn how to spend your time wisely in life, and be
able to love yourself for who you are.
